Asymmetric process segregation underlies post-mitotic separation
Confocal LSM imaging of an induced wild-type H2B-GFP organoid treated with SiR-Actin. The movie shows a mitotic cell undergoing post-mitotic separation in which one daughter retains the basal process. The two daughters (white spheres) are separated by a neighbour after reinsertion.

Interkinetic nuclear migration and basal tethering facilitates post-mitotic daughter separation in intestinal organoids
