Dl nuclear translocation during wound closure in wild type. Notum epithelium expressing dl::GFP and mCherry::Moesin under the control of pnr-Gal4 driver labeling Dl and F-actin, respectively. Dl is shown on the left (green in merge), F-actin in the middle (magenta in merge) and merged image on the right. Images were acquired using a spinning disk imaging system (Revolution XD; Andor Technology). Frames were taken every 1 min. Scale bar: 20 μm.
