Spinning disc confocal microscopy time-lapse sequence of Ishikawa cells co-expressing eGFP-tagged receptor (magenta) with the filamentous actin reporter LifeAct-mCherry (black). Images were acquired every 3 minutes for 3 hours. The video plays back at 10 frames s^-1 and is thus accelerated 1800 times.
