Movie S2

DIC time-lapse imaging of stable cell line expressing PP1-NIPP1 after a release from a thymidine-induced G1/S-phase arrest. Imaging was done as detailed for movie S1. The movie shows that some PP1-NIPP1 expressing cells were arrested in interphase. The latter cells often transiently rounded up but then flattened again and did not go through mitosis within the 60h of filming.
