DIC time-lapse imaging of stable cell line expressing PP1-NIPP1 under asynchronous conditions. Imaging was done as detailed for movie S1. The movie shows that some PP1-NIPP1 expressing cells are arrested in interphase. They often transiently rounded up but then flattened again and did not go through mitosis within the 60h of filming.
