Time-lapse images of stress granule transport in the presence of oryzalin.
This movie is related to Fig. 3B. An eIF4A2-GFP seedling was incubated in 50 μM oryzalin solution for 30 min in a microtube and subjected to heat treatment at 38 °C for 10 min to induce stress granule formation. The time-lapse images were taken at 22 °C over a 10 min period at 5 sec intervals using a spinning disc confocal microscope system. Bar, 5 μm.
