Time-lapse images of stress granule generation.
This movie is related to Fig. 4 and Fig. S5. Seedlings expressing eIF4A2-GFP (green) and DCP1-TagRFP (magenta) were subjected to time-lapse imaging using a spinning disc confocal microscope system equipped with a stage-top incubator system. Times were recorded immediately after starting incubation at 35 °C. The movie was compressed to jpeg format and scaled down 70% from the original high-resolution version
