Image sequence depicts PMNs pre-stained with CellMask Deep Red (purple) to label Plasma membrane and CellTracker CMPTX Red (red) to label cytoplasm for 15 mins before stimulating with fMLF-Alexa Fluor 488 (green; 50 nM). A z-stack (~6 μm from the bottom) was obtained after 5 mins of stimulation from live cells, surface rendered and different channels were sequentially added or removed using animation tool in Imaris.
