Time-lapse imaging of PMN pre-treated with Y27632 (25 μM) for 15 mins and uniformly stimulated with fMLF-Alexa Fluor 488 (50 nM). Multpile intensity projection ~2 μm from the cell’s bottom is presented at the rate of 5 frames/sec. Image acquisition began 30 secs after the addition of conjugated fMLF.
