Flotillin 2 and MT1-MMP are colocalized at invadopodia
MDA-MB-231 cells that co-express flotillin 2-mCherry and MT1-MMP-GFP were imaged on fluorescent gelatin using confocal microscopy; 1 frame/5 seconds. Arrows indicate MT1-MMT and flotillin 2-containing vesicles present throughout the imaging period (yellow) or disappearing (white) probably due to exocytosis. Scale bar: 5 μm.
