Flotillin 2 and RAB7 are colocalized in intracellular vesicles
C2C12F1F2 cells that co-express flotillin 2-mCherry and RAB7-GFP were imaged using confocal microscopy; 1 frame/3 seconds. Flotillin-rich endocytic vesicles forming at dynamic PM ruffles (red arrow) were rapidly enriched in RAB7, a LE marker (green arrow). Scale bar: 2 μm.
