Flotillin 2 and RAB5 are colocalized in endocytic vesicles
C2C12F1F2 cells that co-express flotillin 2-mCherry and RAB5-GFP were imaged using confocal microscopy; 1 frame/3 seconds. Yellow arrow indicates flotillin-rich endocytic vesicles forming at dynamic PM ruffles that are RAB5-positive early endosomes and fusing together. Red arrow indicates a flotillin-positive vesicle loosing RAB5 expression. Scale bar: 2 μm.
