VASP is not enriched in FMNL37-mediated filopodia U2OS cell co-transfected with FMNL3-GFP (green-, mCherry-VASP (white), and BFP-vinculin (magenta), plated on fibronectin-treated coverslip for 18 h. Confocal microscopy with a single ventral image acquired every 20 sec for 10 min. First part of movie shows all three channels, second part shows mCherry-VASP (white) alone. Corresponds with Fig. 2D.
