VASP is enriched at filopodial tips in myosin-X expressing cells U2OS cell co-transfected with GFP-myosin-X (magenta) and mCherry-VASP (white), plated on fibronectin-treated coverslip for 18 h. Airyscan microscopy with a single ventral image acquired every 1 min for 20 min. Movie contains overlay of both channels on left hand side, and VASP alone on right hand side.
