Tip adhesion assembly in VASPBdepleted cell VASP depleted U2OS cell co-transfected with mApple-F-tractin (red) and GFP-paxillin (white), plated on fibronectin-treated coverslip for 8 min before imaging. Airyscan microscopy with a single ventral image acquired every 30 sec for 11:30 min:sec. First part of movie shows both channels, second part shows GFP-paxillin (white) alone.
