MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with the indicated siRNAs. 24 h post transfection, cells were transfected with MT1-MMPpHluorin and replated onto collagen-coated TIRF dishes the next day. 24 h later, cells were imaged by TIRF live microscopy. Time in minutes, scale bar, 10 μm.
