GFP and hTTL expressing astrocyte migration
Astrocytes expressing pEGFP-c1 (left) and hTTL-YFP (right). Astrocytes were grown to confluence. Migration was induced by wounding of the cell monolayer at time t0. Time lapse video (one frame every 15 min; total, 24 hours) acquired with a Zeiss Axiovert 200M equipped with a thermostatic humid chamber with 5% CO2 and 37° C. All images were acquired with dry objective 10× 0.45 NA and an EMCCD camera. Bar: 100 μm.
