GFP-αTAT1 colocalizes with microtubules
GFP- αTAT1 expressing astrocytes were grown to confluence. Migration was induced by wounding on the cell monolayer 4 days after transfection. Three hours after wounding cells were incubated with SirTubulin. One hour later images were acquired every 5 s for 90 s using a 100× oil objective at a spinning disk microscope. Bar: 10 μm.
