EGFP-Rab10-positive tubules are dynamic structures (related to Figure 3). HeLaM cells stably expressing EGFP-Rab10 were observed under a spinning-disk confocal microscope. Each time point was imaged as a z-stack (10 slices) of 1.0 μm intervals, and then maximum intensity projections of the z-stacks were acquired. The times indicated are relative to the time at the start of the video. Scale bar, 20 μm.
