Cytochalasin D treatment did not affect EGFP-Rab10-tubule formation (related to Figure 3). HeLaM cells stably co-expressing EGFP-Rab10 (green) and LifeAct-mCherry (magenta) were treated with 10 μM cytochalasin D and imaged by confocal microscopy. Each time point was imaged as a z-stack (12 slices) of 1.0 μm intervals, and then maximum intensity projections of the z-stacks were acquired. The times indicated are relative to the time at the start of the video. Scale bar, 20 μm.
