Comparison on a part of the ventral epidermis in embryos expressing DE-cad-GFP in the foscrb (left panel) and foscrb_Y10A (right panel) background. The movie shows overall increase DE-cad-GFP internalisation in foscrb_Y10A embryos, seen by GFP-positive punctae in the intracellular space of the epithelial cells. This movie shows also increase in DE-cad-GFP accumulation at the junctional border.
