Confocal live cell imaging of N1E cells expressing 5-HT₇R and CEpac stimulated with 8-OH-DPAT which leads to an upregulation of cAMP level, elucidated by a ratio change of the FRET-based biosensor CEpac from red (high A/D ratio) to blue (low A/D ratio). Compare Fig. 1 in the main text and Movie 2.
