Confocal live cell imaging of N1E cells expressing 5-HT₇R, 5-HT_1AR and CEpac stimulated with 5-CT cause overlaid cAMP responses of down- and up-regulation. The relative expression levels of 5-HTR is comparable from cell to cell (not shown). Compare Fig. 2 in the main text and Movies 1-3.
