Tumor Cell Diapedesis Extravasation. In vivo imaging of an injected fluorescently-labelled HeLa cervical cancer cell undergoing extravasation through diapedesis. The HeLa cell (cyan) squeezes through the blood vessel (red) wall with minimal vascular restructuring.
