PABD-GFP distribution in myoblast upon OS treatment. A PABD-GFP expressing C2C12 myoblast was first imaged in isotonic buffer (1X PBS) for 2 min, and then were further captured with 2 min of hypotonic buffer (0.5XPBS) and additional 2 min of 1X PBS recovery.
