PABD-GFP distribution in myoblast upon hypertonic buffer treatment. A PABD-GFP expressing C2C12 myoblast was first imaged in isotonic buffer (1X PBS) for 2 min, and then were further captured with 5 min of hypertonic buffer (1X PBS + 150 mM sucrose) incubation.
