Migration of cells in 2D is affected by GGA2 or RAB13 knockdown. Cells transfected with siRNA for 3 days were plated on fibronectin-coated 24-well plates. Single plane phase contrast 2×2 tiled image was acquired every 20 min for 14 hours. Manual tracking trajectories are overlaid. Scale bar: 200 μ;m.
