Lamellipodial dynamics of MDA-MB-231 cells migrating on fibronectin. Filamentous actin was labelled by stable expression of Lifeact-mRFP. The bottom plane of the cells was imaged once per minute. The control and siRNA-treated cells were imaged simultaneously in the same plate. Scale bar: 15 μm.
