Time series of images of Myo1-GFP (left, green in merge), LifeAct-mCherry (middle, magenta in merge), and the merge (right) in a single confocal section through the middle of live bbc1Δ sla1Δ cells. Images were acquired at 2-second intervals for 60 seconds and are displayed at the rate of 7 frames per second.
