Representative movies of embryos injected with mRNA construct gfp-sv40 (left) and gfp-fulllength crb-sv40 (right). Embryos were imaged within a minute after injection. Movies run for 10 minutes after injection. Interval between 2 consecutive frames is 2 seconds. Frame rate for all the movies: 25 frames/sec. Injected mRNA containing crb 3’UTR localised apically in contrast to the control indicating that the crb 3’UTR contains a LE.
