Transmitted light images of an MDA-MB-468 spheroid showing round cell invasion into a 1 mg/ml collagen I gel. Images are taken starting at t = 2.25 h after collagen embedding of the spheroid. Frames were taken every 5 minutes. Length of movie is 6.25 hours. Movie is played back at 7 frames/s. Frames from this movie are also shown in Figs. S1c and Fig. 2 in the main text. Scale bar = 25 μm.
