Each frame represents volume-rendered 3D-images captured at 5s-intervals, collected by SCLIM. A GA-RE originally attached to Golgi #1 migrated to Golgi #2 (00:05). Another GA-RE originally attached to Golgi #3 detached (01:25), and fused with a free-RE (01:40). Scale bar: 1 μm.
