Left movie shows GPI (green) localization against GalT (blue) and Rab11 (red) starting at 25 min after biotin-addition. Right movie shows VSV-G (green) localization against GalT (blue) and Rab11 (red) starting at 28 min after biotin-addition. GPI, but not VSV-G, is observed in GA-RE and free-RE. Grid: 1 μm.
