Movie of MT-disrupted HeLa cell expressing GalT::iRFP, mRuby::Rab11, and cargo proteins.
Each frame represents volume-rendered 3D-images captured at 10s-intervals, collected by SCLIM. Intensive interactions between a GA-RE and free-RE are visible in both left and right movies. In the left movie, GPI on the GA-RE also interacts with GPI on the free-RE. Grid: 1 μm.
