Impairing the Bud6-Boi1 interaction disturbs directed secretory vesicle movement in the bud. GFP-Sec4 labeled secretory vesicles were followed in cells of the indicated genotypes over a time course of 103 s, taking an image of 5 z stacks every second, and stacked to maximum projections of the middle 3 stacks.
