mbs RNAi expressing embryos have no furrow ingression and form circular cells
The NC12-13 were imaged in mbs RNAi expressing embryos with tGPH. These embryos show loss of furrow formation and circular PM organization that does not transition to polygons throughout the nuclear division cycles. Scale Bar = 5 μm.
