Rhogef2 RNAi expressing embryos have short and irregular furrows.
The syncytial cycles were imaged in Rhogef2 RNAi expressing embryos with tGPH in NC11-14. The furrow lengths are slightly shorter than the tGPH/+ control. Scale Bar = 5 μm.
