RhoGEF2 overexpression embryos have no furrow ingression and form circular cells
The NC11-14 were imaged in RhoGEF2 overexpression embryos with tGPH. These embryos show loss of furrow formation and circular PM organization that does not transition to polygons throughout the nuclear division cycles. Scale Bar = 5 μm.
