Time-lapse analysis of yeast cells co-expressing Cdc24KK-GFP with CRIBGic2-RFP. Cells were incubated at 30°C in SD complete. Frames were taken every minute for 60 min using an Axio Observer spinningdisc confocal microscope. Selected stills are shown in Fig. 5 A.
