Chemically induced dimerization system performed in RD cells. RD cells transfected with Lyn-CFP-FRB, YFP-FKBP, and mCherry-AktPH were treated with rapamycin to induce YFP-FKBP translocation to the Lyn-CFP-FRB-labeled plasma membrane.
