Upper panels show 1-min movies of BDNF-mCherry-labelled vesicles (inverted grey scale) in wild-type and ccp1^-/- neurons at DIV4. Snapshots of these movies are represented in Fig. 5A. The lower panels show all kymostacks acquired in exp. 1 (corresponding kymographs are shown in Fig. 5B). Note that cell bodies are always on the left side of the movies.
