This 3D animation features a mouse lymph node that has been segmented, optimized, and rendered by Li Yao based on high-resolution tissue imaging data. This imaging data was generated by Weizhe Li from the Germain laboratory using clearing-enhanced 3D microscopy (C_e3D) (Li et al., 2017).
