GD25 cells cultured on homogenous Fn (left) or Vn (right) (10 μg/ml) and imaged with phase contrast microscopy with 1 frame per 20 minutes. 34 cells from three independent experiments were analyzed in both cases. The imaging medium contained 1% FCS.
