Mitochondrial networks appear healthy in cells continuously illuminated with low light powers. CHO-K1 cells expressing paxillin-EGFP were stained with MitoTracker™ Red. A 63x/1.4NA oil objective was used to visualize paxillin-EGFP with DLD (0.0093 mW x 60,000 ms) and CLD (21.3 mW x 24 ms). An image for paxillin-EGFP was captured every minute while an image for MitoTracker™ Red was captured every 6 mins. Time is in hr:min. Scale bar is 10 μm.
