3D live cell imaging video that MDCK sheets formed domes on 0.63 mM GP-Matrigel containing fluorescent beads. The first half of the video was merge and the second half was beads image that was extracted from the first half. Video started immediately after the bHS was applied. Green, MDCK-CAAX.
