Representative video of OA human cartilage. Human OA cartilage was stained with JC-1 dye, fixed and permeabilized. The nuclei were stained with DAPI and z-stacked images were captured by confocal microscopy at 10x. The top left panel shows DAPI, top right panel shows green fluorescence of JC-1 and bottom left panel shows red fluorescence of JC-1 dye and bottom tight panel shows merged data. Scale bar= 100 μm.
