Movie 1

EFA6A accumulates to the m-centriole during ciliogenesis. Arpe-19 cells transiently transfected with GFP-EFA6A, were after serum-starved for 5 or 10 min to induce ciliogenesis. Then processed for immunofluorescence using anti-gamma tubulin (magenta) and Arl13B (red) or CEP164 (yellow) antibodies. Confocal images were acquired using a Zeiss LSM780 (Zeiss GmbH), through a 63x/1.4 NA Oil objective using the Zen software (Zeiss GmbH).The images were deconvolved using Huygens Professional (version 18.10, Scientific Volume Imaging, The Netherlands, http://svi.nl), using the CMLE algorithm, with respectively SNR:20 with 40 iterations.
