FRAP analysis of GFP-positive mitochondria in LDC MDA-MB-231 cells.
Cells expressing a mitochondrial targeting variant of GFP (MT-GFP, green) were used. FRAP analysis from 100 cells (n>) for indicated experimental sets. MT-GFP was photobleached and images were acquired at 2 frames per second.
