Parasite-induce hcGolgi fragmentation. A UIS4-mCherry young schizont (20 hpi) was imaged by confocal time-lapse microscopy in GalT-GFP expressing Huh7 cells. Over the time of infection the trans-Golgi fragments and loses its perinuclear location. Multiple hcGolgi elements (G-elements) interact with the UIS4-positive TVN and PVM likewise.
