Time lapse imaging of LDGs releasing extracellular DNA during E. coli infection. This video demonstrates LDGs releasing extracellular DNA (green) during E. coli (red) infection. Infection was imaged at 40X on a Nikon A1R for 5 minutes. Each image was taken every 15 seconds and compiled in ImageJ. Scale bar at 50 μm.
